Safety Policy
CloSh is a fun way to share clothes with friends and family, and meet new people. Your safety and
privacy are our top priorities, and we are committed to providing a secure and fun environment for all
users.
Reporting Concerns
We provide multiple ways to report any content or behavior that may be inappropriate:
- In-App Reporting: Tap the report icon at the top right of a profile page to notify
us of any concerns.
- Email Support: Contact us directly at support@closhapp.com.
Our team reviews all reports promptly and takes action in accordance with our policies and applicable
law.
Safety is a Shared Responsibility
Everyone in the CloSh community plays a role in creating a safe environment. We ask users to follow our
safety tips and encourage others to do the same.
Tips for Staying Safe
- Respect Others: Always be kind, and don't post anything that could harm or upset
someone else.
- Report Unsafe Behavior: If someone asks you to do something inappropriate, harasses
you, or makes you feel uncomfortable, report it immediately through the app or to support@closhapp.com. Talk to a trusted adult as well.
- Bullying and Harassment: Users who bully or harass others will be removed. You can
also remove them as a friend yourself.
- Password Security: Keep your password private and unique for every account.
- Age Requirement: Users must be 16 or older. Accounts found to belong to younger
individuals will be terminated.
Child Safety and CSAE Compliance
- Prohibited Content: CloSh explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation
(CSAE).
- CSAE Reporting: Any confirmed CSAE content is promptly removed and reported to
relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or
your regional authority.
- Feedback Mechanism: Users can report any concerns directly within the app or via
email.
- Designated Child Safety Contact: CloSh has a designated point of contact to recieve
notifications from platforms such as Google Play and to enforce review procedures as required by
law.
We are committed to keeping CloSh a safe, positive space for everyone to share, connect, and inspire.
